Having worked since 1990 on several projects with a range of people from a variety of cultures, by 2001 I had realised that human values need to be considered one of the more important elements of long-term success.
This reorientation helped me, when working as a project developer in New York and later on an education project in the Oman
desert, to help managers and teams cope with complex phases of change.
A graduate from the International Management Centre in Austria, and co-founder of the Inner Flow Management (IFM) Method, today I am predominantly employed in IFM training, intervention and conception & development in independent branches of trade and commerce both in Austria and abroad.
